Video Games
Video games don't make your brain bigger, but it does help with hand/eye coordination. Video games can be addictive to the user because for some people, it releases endorphins and make them want to keep playing. It is a way to escape from reality and avoid boredom. But they can be a very serious problem for young teenagers, and damper real social interactions.
